Department of Peace

There’s a group of people out there who are campaigning for a Department of Peace in the U.S. government. Currently, the idea is being proposed on change.org. If you go to change.org now and vote on it, the idea will be moved up to final rounds for consideration of some sort or at least it’ll be in the final rounds! You have to create an account to vote, but I think it’s worth it since I hope to be involved in the website as much as I can be. GO HERE!

Existential Media… Can you be more specific?
Instead of the angst and despair usually associated with the postwar youth movement, we welcome you to consider its optimism. Existentialism is a philosophy that rejected all absolutes and talked of freedom, authenticity, and difficult choices.

What is this place?
It all began not too long ago… Mr. Matthew Spencer was looking for a way to share his artistic vision. He had a vision of an experimental utopian community called Existential Media. The foundation was laid. The populace gathered. The word got out. Every once in a while, other anointed were found and added to the ranks. This respectful bunch has continued to publish their ideas.

Existential Media is a place for Extreme Artistry. Transcendent folks focused on the creation of new ideals. That’s our main focus. Each post, each blog, each author strives to follow this model.

Why the Internet? The immediacy. We are cutting edge. Switch blades. Air planes. The medium is the message. How does this happen? Collaboration. Down here, we are powered by collaboration (and WordPress).

New Zone

It is a brand new day. Existential Media has switched it up again. We’ve moved spaces. We now inhabit the .net region and are powered by WordPress. I imagine things will be a little rocky while we settle into our new zone. Check us out though, right? Pretty quick move. Seamless almost. Expect much more very soon.
